1. Eligibility
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received them.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Custom rigs, terminal tackle, and used fishing gear cannot be returned due to product safety and hygiene reasons.

3. Process
To initiate a return, email info@panhandlesalt.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for shipping the item back. Refunds are processed to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the product.

4. Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost.

5. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
