Panhandle Salt Land-Based Fishing Waiver & Media Release

By participating in a guided fishing trip with Panhandle Salt, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk: I understand that fishing is a physical outdoor activity that may involve hazards, including but not limited to: slips, falls, sun exposure, encounters with wildlife, and injury from fishing gear. I assume full responsibility for any risks or injuries that may occur.
    
2. Medical Concerns: I am aware that bait used may cause allergic reactions. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to inform Panhandle Salt staff of any allergies or medical conditions prior to the trip.
    
3. Release of Liability: I release and hold harmless Panhandle Salt, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, injuries, or damages resulting from participation in this activity.
    
4. Media Consent: I grant Panhandle Salt permission to take and use photographs and video of me during the trip for marketing, social media, or promotional purposes without compensation.
